Senem&Halit - The Rifles
Senem Akirman Tüfek and Halit Tüfek are a married directing duo known in the industry as “The Rifles.” Born and raised in Istanbul, The Rifles combined their diverse educational and professional backgrounds in 2017, developing a shared cinematic language centered on infusing emotion into storytelling. In their work with actors, they focus on internal motivations, guiding performances toward an organic, balanced, and emotionally resonant place that feels intimate to the audience. Their editing rhythm is shaped by a structure that preserves the aesthetic integrity of the frame, maintains emotional continuity, and allows the story to progress with a breathing, natural dynamism. By establishing a creative partnership capable of moving in sync even when approaching different ideas, they merge concept, rhythm, and intuition into a unified flow—crafting a contemporary advertising cinematography.
